Students will have an opportunity to test their knowledge, download copies of several InfoComm standards, and take away helpful job aids for immediate use at work.

The course covers the following:
1. Coordinate with allied trades to ensure the AV system’s infrastructure needs are met
2. Identify lighting needs for the AV space
3. Evaluate structural and mechanical considerations based on the AV system requirements
4. Produce electrical specifications for safety and signal integrity
5. Recommend acoustical criteria for the AV space

Prerequisites:
Students are strongly encouraged to complete:
-AV Math for Design Online and
-AV Design Level 1: Environment Online
